Real Men. Real Conversations. Real Impact.
KIKAWA is a flagship men's mental health initiative by Beautiful Minds Network — a space for men to connect, have real conversations, build community and create lasting impact for boys.
27 – 29 November, 2026 — Nanyuki, Laikipia County
KIKAWA is for men, by men.
A space to connect, have real conversations, build a community and create impact for boys.
Beautiful Minds Network (BMN) is a charitable, disability-led organisation dedicated to advancing Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) awareness through structured psycho-education and active suicide prevention. KIKAWA — Kikao Cha Wanaume — is BMN's flagship project focused on mental health for men and boys, working through the masculine social structures men already gather in, to open conversations about mental health that rarely happen elsewhere.
BMN is led by Founder & Lead Trainer Ameerah Nyakiere Mungai and Co-Founder & CEO CPA Zachary Munyi, bringing together lived experience, professional expertise and community-driven leadership.
Why it matters
- 01We are bridging the gap for men by creating a space for real conversations about mental health.
- 02We are giving the event purpose by providing a platform for men to have a positive impact on boys.
- 03A community is built through the formation of a club for sustainability and consistency of future activities and impact.
“Partnering with KIKAWA means supporting a movement for men's mental health, unity and impact. Together, we create experiences that go beyond moments and drive into lasting change.”
